Turntable Swivel Seat

A lightweight, portable, rotating swivel disc. It consists of a plastic base with a fleece covered foam cushion. Designed to assist a person to transfer into and out of a vehicle. It is manually operated and temporarily attached to the vehicle seat via a strap.
